Wishful Thinking
Insulation
- Insulation on a steel boat has 3 purposes:
- Reduce or eradicate condensation on the inside of the hull and deck
- Provide thermal insulation. That is, keep the inside of the boat warm in winter and cool in summer
- Provide sound insulation
Reached a Milestone!
We’ve finally reached our first major milestone. The hull is structurally complete, it’s been grit blasted to clean all the steel, and it’s been painted with its first undercoats. Continue reading
